In the summer, when it's hot and tiring, many “stamina menus” appear at restaurants. Also, sales of the salted flavor of cup yakisoba are particularly strong in summer. Therefore, we will launch a new “stamina pork salt sauce flavor” menu that is perfect for summer.
The flavor was inspired by “teppanyakiniku,” which is loved as Hakata soul food and is characterized by its addictive flavor. Teppanyakiniku is a soul food that has been popular as a B-grade gourmet since over 60 years ago in Fukuoka and Hakata. This is a hearty menu where you fry cabbage and diced meat on a well-heated griddle with plenty of garlic and lard. Ippei-chan recreates this flavor by adding plenty of pork and cabbage to a salt sauce with strong garlic. It is a dish that is very satisfying to eat.
