Zhitong Finance and Economics app has learned that on June 4th, according to the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the country plans to start the renovation of 54,000 old urban communities in 2024. According to statistics reported by various regions, from January to April, 16,800 old urban communities have been newly renovated nationwide. Six provinces, including Shandong, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Liaoning, and Shanghai, have a starting rate of more than 50%.
