洲际船务附属行使购买选择权购买一艘船 行使价约2754.3万美元

洲际船务（02409）发布公告，内容有关该公司附属Golden Lavender Limited（“租船人”）拟3600万美元向Union Maritime Limited（“买方”）出售一艘船的相关事宜。

于2024年6月3日（联交所交易时段后），租船人（Golden Lavender Limited）与船东（Bright Flax Shipping Limited）订立协议，据此，租船人根据光船租赁行使购买选择权，以行使价约2754.3万美元向船东购买该船舶。租船人通过行使购买选择权购买的该船舶将于出售事项中进一步交付予相关买方。

据悉，该船舶为GOLDEN LAVENDER，是一艘于2022年建造的34827dwt的化学品船╱油轮。
