浙江沪杭甬（00576）发布公告，于2024年6月3日（交易时段后），公司及其相关附属公司分别与交工养护、浙江顺畅及养护公司订立护栏合同，据此：交工养护同意承接集团营运的若干高速公路的护栏改造提升项目，即沪杭甬高速公路杭州段、舟山跨海大桥及杭徽高速公路；浙江顺畅同意承接集团营运的若干高速公路的护栏改造提升项目，即沪杭甬高速公路绍兴段、上三高速公路新天段，以及上三高速公路上嵊段；及养护公司同意承接集团营运的沪杭甬高速公路嘉兴段的护栏改造提升项目。
