The Remy Martin 300 Years Bartender Celebration Competition and Barrel-aged Cocktail Competition recently concluded in Shanghai, celebrating the 300th anniversary of the Hennessy distillery. With the theme of "saluting history, precipitating the present, and super future", eleven contestants from four major districts used their exquisite cocktail-making skills and extraordinary creativity to interpret the charm of 300 years of cognac from Hennessy for the audience. The competition not only tested the contestants' basic cocktail making skills and the creativity and relevance of their entries, but also required the participants to have a deep understanding of the Hennessy brewing process and the 300-year history behind it. In addition, the cocktail had to use at least one self-made raw material to further test the bartender's basic skills and innovation capacity.
