TEAMWAY INTL GP (01239) announced that on May 27, 2024 (Monday), all unsubscribed shares have been successfully placed at a price of HK $0.08 per share, equivalent to the subscription price, according to the allotment, which ended at 4 pm.
According to the acceptance and allotment results of the rights issue and the compensation arrangement, a total of 197 million shares, including unsubscribed shares, will be allotted and issued, accounting for approximately 99.99% of the total number of shares offered for subscription under the rights issue.
The total amount raised through the rights issue (including the compensation arrangement) is approximately HKD 15.78 million, and the net amount received from the rights issue (after deducting all relevant expenses) is approximately HKD 14.67 million.
