(a joint venture of MTR Corporation Limited, China Railway Electrification Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Special Zone Press Group Co., Ltd.), with the term tentatively set from November 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026 (collectively referred to as the "Franchise Space").
