U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining around 0.5% on Monday.
Shares of GSK plc (NYSE:GSK) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company said it will appeal a ruling made by the Delaware State Court regarding its ongoing ranitidine litigation.
GSK shares tumbled 9.2% to $40.66 in pre-market trading.

- The Boston Beer Company, Inc. (NYSE:SAM) shares fell 9.5% to $ 284.04 in pre-market trading. Boston Beer shares jumped around 22% on Friday following a report suggesting the company is in talks to sell itself to Suntory. Boston Beer later issued a statement on the company sale speculation. "We are fully focused on our business as an independent company and our return to growth," the company said.
- Anavex Life Sciences Corp (NASDAQ:AVXL) shares declined 8.9% to $3.70 in pre-market trading. Anavex Life Sciences recently announced expansion of leadership team.
- Sezzle Inc (NASDAQ:SEZL) shares declined 5.6% to $75.66 in pre-market trading.
- Cassava Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:SAVA) shares fell 5.5% to $20.83 in pre-market trading.
- OneWater Marine Inc. (NASDAQ:ONEW) shares fell 5.2% to $24.50 in pre-market trading. Bloomberg reported Sunday that OneWater is in talks to buy MarineMax for $40 per share. OneWater Marine responded to market reports, saying, "As a matter of policy, we do not comment on market rumors or speculation."
- Murano Global Investments Plc (NASDAQ:MRNO) shares declined 4.4% to $10.28 in pre-market trading after falling around 9% on Friday.
- Compass Pathways PLC (NASDAQ:CMPS) shares fell 3.7% to $7.10 in pre-market trading.
- BW LPG Limited (NYSE:BWLP) shares slipped 3.4% to $21.19 in pre-market trading. The company, last week, reported results for its first quarter and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.00/share.
