On June 3rd, Gelunhui reported that Kingsoft Cloud (03896.HK) granted 2.85 million restricted share units to several employee participants according to the terms of the 2021 stock-based incentive plan on June 3, 2024.

The purpose of granting is to: (i) link the personal interests of each grantee with the personal interests of the shareholders, and to provide incentives to relevant parties for outstanding performance in order to bring rich returns to the shareholders, promote the company's success and enhance the company's value; (ii) enable the company to flexibly stimulate, attract and retain the directors and employees of the group to provide services, and whether the company can successfully operate its business depends mainly on the judgments, interests, and special efforts of these individuals. The grant will further motivate group employees to contribute to the group and align their interests with the overall best interests of the company and its shareholders.
