Zhongdian Guanggu (00798) announced that on November 3, 2022, its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary Xianyang Zhongdian Guanggu (as the lender), Xianyang Construction (as the borrower), and Xianyang Investment (as the guarantor) entered into a loan agreement. Based on this, Xianyang Zhongdian Guanggu provided a loan of RMB 200 million to Xianyang Construction, with a term of two years from December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2024, and an annual interest rate of 7%.
