(hereinafter referred to as 'Shanghai Lanbin'), intends to publicly transfer the real estate and land use rights (total building area of 39,130.17 square meters and land use area of 75,281.00 square meters) located at No. 588 Huifeng East Street, Lvxing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai, which it holds. The preliminary estimated price is 2,598.49 million yuan (excluding value-added tax). The final evaluated price shall be subject to the evaluation report approved by the state-owned assets regulatory department, and the listing price shall not be lower than the evaluated price.
