Sunart Retail internally stated that "Xiaorunfa is indeed adjusting, but the statement that 'it will not be done' is not accurate and has not been fully confirmed."

According to Sunart Retail's financial report data, in the 2022-2023 fiscal year, Xiaorunfa has refocused on the Nantong area and closed 40 stores. In addition, in the 2024 fiscal year, Sunart Retail obtained a revenue of RMB 72.567 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 13.3%; shareholders' attributable loss was RMB 1.605 billion, compared with a year-on-year profit of RMB 109 million in the same period last year, a decline from profit to loss.
