China Cinda (01359) has issued an announcement to fulfill good corporate governance, further improve the quality of external audit work. In accordance with the relevant regulations for state-owned financial enterprises to select accounting firms, and approved by the Board of Directors' Audit Committee and the Board of Directors after bidding and procurement procedures, the company intends to engage EY Hua Ming Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) and EY Certified Public Accountants as its domestic and overseas accounting firms for the fiscal year 2024. The employment period will be from the date of approval at the company's 2023 General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the company's 2024 General Meeting of Shareholders. This proposal is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders at the 2023 General Meeting of Shareholders. The current accountant, PwC Zhongtian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) and PwC will be employed until the end of the company's 2023 General Meeting of Shareholders.
