Macromill ＜3978＞ announced on the 3rd that it is scheduled to issue the first social bond in the marketing research industry in July.

Macromill is developing a marketing research business, and has formulated a social bond framework starting from DX in order to promote it as an initiative that contributes to solving social issues based on the idea that it will help companies provide better products and services to the world through business activities and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

In order to issue corporate bonds, it is planned to obtain a second opinion from the Rating and Investment Information Center Co., Ltd. (R&I) on compliance with the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA)'s “Social Bond Principles 2023" and the “Social Bond Guidelines 2021 Edition” by the Financial Services Agency in response to the framework.
