興證國際(06058.HK)公布，旗下間接附屬公司CISI Investment於上週四(5月30日)，經牽頭經辦人認購南昌金開集團有限公司發售之債券，有關指令已於同日獲確認。
據悉，CISI Investment獲分配認購金額為1,000萬美元之債券，固定年利率7%，到期日為2027年5月4日，代價為1,000萬美元，不包括交易成本。
