Gelonghui, May 31 | Huitongda Network (09878.HK) issued an announcement. On May 31, 2024, the Remuneration and Assessment Committee resolved and approved/confirmed that the restricted share units granted under the Restricted Share Unit Plan on December 27, 2023 were invalid in accordance with the Restricted Share Unit Plan rules, of which: (1) 172,000 restricted share units granted to 13 selected holders lapsed due to separation or voluntary abandonment for personal reasons; and (2) 398,000 restricted share units granted to 62 selected holders because they were no longer Void by holding a core position or being demoted.

Following the expiration of the 570,000 restricted share units mentioned above, the Remuneration and Assessment Committee resolved and approved the award of 413,000 restricted share units to 59 selected holders on May 31, 2024.
