(referred to as "Hongyunda Communication") and Zhongcheng Huihai (Shenzhen) Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Zhongcheng Huihai") to establish Shenzhen Yunhongda Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the Joint Venture Company", with the name subject to the approval of the industry and commerce department). The Joint Venture Company is planned to provide comprehensive operation services around new energy online car-hailing companies and intercity small logistics vehicle companies. The registered capital of the Joint Venture Company is RMB 10 million, of which: the company will subscribe for RMB 2 million in cash, accounting for 20% of the equity of the Joint Venture Company; Hongyunda Communication will subscribe for RMB 5.1 million in cash, accounting for 51% of the equity of the Joint Venture Company; Zhongcheng Huihai will subscribe for RMB 2.9 million in cash, accounting for 29% of the equity of the Joint Venture Company.
