The registered capital of Qidian Jinyuan Company was increased from 10 million yuan to 105 million yuan. Among them, Shaanxi Tiantou increased its capital by 5 million yuan in cash, and the shareholding ratio of Qidian Jinyuan was changed from 49% to 51.43%; Xianyang Qidi abandoned this capital increase, and the shareholding ratio of Qidian Jinyuan Company was changed from 51% to 48.57%. As confirmed through negotiations between shareholders of the two parties, the transaction consideration for the current capital increase of Shaanxi Tiantou was 7.216,300 yuan, of which 5 million yuan went into the registered capital of Qidian Jinyuan Company and 2,216,300 yuan into the capital reserve of Qidian Jinyuan Company.
