Elboshi is a system that certifies companies that are excellent in promoting women's active participation. It is evaluated in three stages based on the five criteria (recruitment, continued employment, working hours and work style, management ratio, and diverse career paths) stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Densan System is evaluated as meeting the criteria in four items other than the management ratio, as it is committed to creating a workplace environment where diverse human resources can be active, including women.
