On May 31, Chengdu Wenjiang Xuhui Cmall officially opened. This is also Xuhui Cmall's second large-scale commercial complex in Chengdu. The opening of the project achieved an overall investment rate of 98% and a brand opening rate of 98% and 96% respectively. It will fill the commercial gap in the Wenjiang University Area and strive to become a new commercial landmark in western Chengxi.
According to reports, Chengdu Wenjiang Xuhui Cmall is located in the main urban area of Wenjiang, with a total volume of about 120,000 **** meters. It brings together more than 240 well-known brands, with over 30% as the first brand in the region. It will create a new one-stop shopping center integrating all business formats such as trendy luxury fashion, family entertainment, education and retail, and global cuisine. With the opening of Wenjiang Xuhui Cmall, it marks the full implementation of the “Henderson Xuhui Center” TOD Dacheng project built by Xuhui in Wenjiang.
The reporter learned that in May 2020, Chengdu Railway Group released the first TOD map and officially announced the regional distribution and project characteristics of the first batch of 16 TOD projects. As a commercial complex supporting Wansheng TOD, Wenjiang Xuhui Cmall is the first commercial complex to open in these 16 projects.
“Xuhui Cmall” is a large-scale commercial complex brand launched by Xuhui in 2021. It is positioned as “Life to New Force” to empower regional and urban development. Chengdu Wenjiang Xuhui Cmall is the sixth Xuhui Cmall to land after Chengdu Xindu Xuhui Cmall, Hefei Feixi Xuhui Cmall, Nanchang Xuhui Cmall, Huai'an Xuhui Cmall, and Shaoxing Xuhui Cmall. Chengdu Wenjiang Xuhui Cmall adheres to the creative tradition of this commercial product line in space construction, takes into account both appearance and function, and has a unique architectural style. Thanks to its outstanding product strength, the project won the 2022 London Outstanding Real Estate Awards in the complex category of architectural design.
With the opening of the Wenjiang Xuhui Cmall project in Chengdu, Xuhui has opened 16 commercial projects nationwide. Xuhui is also planning to open another commercial complex project this year — Xuhuili, Yuhua, Changsha. According to data from Xuhui's 2023 annual report, the total valuation of the properties it holds is about 46 billion yuan, achieving annual property revenue of 1,592 billion yuan, an increase of 28% over the previous year.
