時代中國(01233.HK)主席岑劍雄表示，截至去年底集團總負債約461億元人民幣，較過去兩個年度已減少很多。集團現時首要工作是要減輕負債，而境外的債務重組亦在進行當中，相信短期內可有階段性的結果，預計集團兩至三年可以解決債務問題。
近期內地推出不少扶持房企政策，岑劍雄稱，政府將對銷售帶來幫助，特別是降低首付比例，相信可以增加買家基數，不過由於政策推出不久，仍需要時間觀察。
