內媒報道，中海外(00688.HK)昨日(30日)與中建西部建設在深圳簽訂戰略合作協議。中海外行政總裁張智超表示，此次簽約是對中建兄弟公司「合力+」精神的貫徹及探索，希望雙方充分發揮自身優勢，在傳統業務合作基礎上，在新材料研發、產業鏈延伸等方面探索更多合作契機。
中建西部建設總經理白建軍表示，冀雙方可在未來打造高效溝通的信息傳遞體系，創新業務模式，在智能製造及綠色低碳等方面繼續深化合作。
