Gelonghui, May 30, the Institute of Electrical Technology (300215.SZ) announced that the board of directors of the company recently received a written “Resignation Report” from the company's financial director, Ms. Wei Jihua. Her original term of office was until November 28, 2024, and she is now applying to resign as financial director due to personal physical reasons.

Nominated by the company's general manager, reviewed by the board nomination committee and board audit committee, the board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Yuan Lei as the company's financial director. The term of office will begin on the date of review and approval by the board of directors and end on the date the term of the fifth board of directors expires.
