On May 30, Glehnghui reported that Yimikang (300249.SZ) announced that it convened the 24th meeting of the fifth board of directors on May 30, 2024 to review and approve the Proposal on the Transfer of 30% Equity of Chuanxi Data, a subsidiary in which the Company is a shareholder, under which the Company agreed to transfer its 30% equity interest (corresponding to the registered capital of RMB 45 million and the actual paid-in capital of RMB 27 million) in Sichuan Chuanxi Data Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Chuanxi Data” or the “Target Company”) for RMB 38.0043 million to Sichuan Shu Tian Information Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Shu Tian Information” or the “Purchaser”), the controlling shareholder of Chuanxi Data, which holds a 51% equity interest in Chuanxi Data. The shareholder of Chuanxi Data, Ya'an Yazhou New Area Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Yazhou Construction Engineering”), which holds a 19% equity interest in Chuanxi Data, gave up its preemptive rights.

After the completion of the transaction, the company will no longer hold equity interest in Chuanxi Data, and Chuanxi Data will no longer be a subsidiary in which the company holds equity interest.
