藥明巨諾－Ｂ(02126.HK)公布，在2024歐洲風濕病學大會(EULAR 2024)上公布瑞基奧侖賽注射液在中國成人活動性系統性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)患者中的最新臨床數據。
當中，所有劑量組的患者均呈現良好的安全性和耐受性，僅出現1例3級細胞因數釋放綜合症(CRS)，沒有出現3級及以上神經毒性，僅2例患者出現3級感染，所有不良事件均能在經過相應治療後恢復。
初步資料表明，瑞基奧侖賽注射液能夠使中重度紅斑狼瘡患者達到深度且持久的疾病緩解，且安全性良好。
