会议地点：天津自贸试验区(空港经济区)西八道30号恒银金融科技园A座五楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于选举公司第四届董事会非独立董事的议案》
2、《关于选举公司第四届董事会独立董事的议案》
3、《关于选举公司第四届监事会监事的议案》。
