绿领控股（00061）发布公告，于2024年5月29日，古交嘉亿（作为出租人）与古交恒佰泰（为间接全资附属公司）（作为承租人）就该中国物业订立租期自2024年6月1日至2027年5月31日为期3年的租赁协议。该中国物业的每年租金将为每年人民币100万元。
据悉，该中国物业为位于嘉亿洗煤厂内佔地约5000平方米的钢结构储煤棚。
