飞马国际将于6月17日召开股东大会，审议开展业务合作暨日常关联交易预计的议案

金融界5月29日消息，飞马国际发布公告，将于2024年6月17日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月12日，当日收市后持有飞马国际股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：深圳市南山区粤海街道海珠社区文心五路11号汇通大厦11楼会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计1项议案，具体如下：
