中科云网将于6月13日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界5月29日消息，中科云网发布公告，将于2024年6月13日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月7日，当日收市后持有中科云网股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：北京市丰台区四合庄路2号院2号楼东旭国际中心C座1006室会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于延长公司向特定对象发行股票股东大会决议有效期的议案》

2、《关于延长授权董事会全权办理本次向特定对象发行股票相关事宜有效期的议案》。
