According to the prospectus, New Geo Motorhomes is a leading motorhome platform with an extensive business network in Australasia that designs, develops, manufactures and sells custom trailer motorhomes. From conception to ownership, we provide planning for all aspects of the experience of motorhome owners and users. According to Frost & Sullivan, in terms of sales volume in 2023, the company ranked second in the market share of the motorhome industry in Australia. When designing motorhomes, we carefully provide the most suitable motorhome solutions for car owners in terms of comfort, safety, fashion, innovation, functionality and cost performance, and strive to create movable homes to provide a comfortable space for the body and mind.

With the proficiency demonstrated by Singeo Touring in the motorhome industry value chain and a strong and growing customer base in Australasia, we achieved strong sales growth during the track record period. In 2021, 2022 and 2023, the company delivered a total of 1,330, 2,127 and 2,694 motorhomes to customers, respectively, increasing by 59.9% and 26.7% from 2021 to 2022 and 2022 to 2023, respectively.

Xingeo Touring Car also provides supporting services to support the company's core business and create synergy with it. As of December 31, 2023, we have a network of 54 recommended motorhome repair workshops (including self-operated stores and joint ventures), providing various after-sales services (including motorhome maintenance, maintenance, and sales and upgrades of various motorhome parts and accessories) to ensure that customers can obtain all the services needed to keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently.
