In 2021, 2022 and 2023, Singeo's revenue was RMB 300 million, RMB 499 million and RMB 720 million respectively. The corresponding gross margins were 16.7%, 16.5% and 25.1% respectively, and the corresponding net profit was RMB 25.1 million, RMB 33 million and RMB 78.8 million respectively.
The vast majority of Singeo's business, assets and operations are located in China and Australia. It produces parts for motorhomes in China and assembles such parts in Australia. Motorhomes are mainly sold to customers in Australia and to a lesser extent to customers in New Zealand through third party dealers, directly owned stores, and joint ventures operated jointly with joint venture partners.
In 2021, 2022 and 2023, Singeo's revenue from Australia was RMB 280 million, RMB 471 million and RMB 676 million respectively, accounting for 93.5%, 94.4% and 93.8% of total revenue, while revenue from New Zealand was RMB 19.3 million, RMB 27.7 million and RMB 44.3 million respectively, accounting for 6.5%, 5.6% and 6.2% of total revenue.
As of December 31, 2023, the company has successfully mass-produced 39 motorhomes, all standard motorhomes, covering seven different series under the three specialty brands Snowy River, Regent and NewGen.
In addition, the prospectus also revealed that the company will soon launch an electric motorhome.
In 2021, 2022 and 2023, Singeo delivered a total of 1,330, 2,127 and 2,694 motorhomes to customers, respectively, increasing by 59.9% and 26.7% from 2021 to 2022 and 2022 to 2023, respectively.
Singeo is a motorhome platform with an extensive business network in Australasia that designs, develops, manufactures and sells custom trailer motorhomes. According to Frost & Sullivan, the company ranked second in terms of market share in the motorhome industry in Australia in terms of 2023 sales volume.
