According to the news, INTL GENIUS announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding on May 14 to acquire all of the target company's issued share capital for 30 million US dollars. The company is exploring the possibility of settling the costs mainly through issuing consideration shares and settling the costs with at least a portion of the cash cost.
According to reports, the target company is a company incorporated in Singapore, licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide fund management services; provide advice on investment products (including pooled investment plans and life insurance policies); and arrange life insurance policies (with the exception of reinsurance). According to currently available data, target companies mainly provide wealth consulting services and insurance-related financial consulting services to high-net-worth clients. It has served more than 150 clients and has managed a total of $1 billion in assets.
