深交所28日向紫天科技下发关注函称，鉴于《年报问询函》中所涉事项可能对公司股票交易价格及投资者决策产生较大影响，根据《创业板股票上市规则》有关规定，公司应当及时根据我部要求对《年报问询函》所涉事项作出解释说明并提供相关备查文件及材料。如公司出具相关文件存在虚假记载、误导性陈述或者重大遗漏，或者存在违反深交所规则、深交所其他相关规定或者其所作出的承诺的其他情形的，深交所可视情节轻重对紫天科技及相关责任人员予以纪律处分。
