Gelonghui, May 28, 丨 Happy Holdings (00260.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2022, the Group's consolidated revenue was approximately HK$153, an increase of about 46.8 times over last year. This is mainly due to the Group's launch of the natural gas and petroleum products business in the fourth quarter of this year, which contributed approximately HK$150,000,000 in revenue this year.

The Group's net loss during the period was approximately HK$47,200,000, a decrease of approximately HK$2,300,000 compared to last year's net loss of approximately HK$49,500,000.
