(hereinafter referred to as related parties), and signed separate “Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Energy Management Contracts” with related parties.

Silver Star Energy is responsible for the design, investment, construction, operation and maintenance of distributed photovoltaic projects. The project capital is 40%, and the rest is settled by bank loans. The post-tax financial internal rate of return of the project is not less than 6.5%. The relevant party is responsible for the electricity consumption of the distributed photovoltaic project. The two parties distribute the energy efficiency benefits brought by the project. Silver Star Energy shares the energy efficiency benefits and determines the agreed electricity price according to a standard of not less than 6.5% of the project's financial internal rate of return after tax. The energy efficiency sharing period is 25 years.
