金融界5月28日消息，张小泉发布公告，将于2024年6月13日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月5日，当日收市后持有张小泉股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：浙江省杭州市富阳区东洲街道明星路9号运通网城园区5号楼13层会议室。
