金融界5月28日消息， 巨力索具 公告，公司控股股东巨力集团有限公司（以下简称“巨力集团”）将其质押给 中信证券 股份有限公司（以下简称“中信证券”）的2234万股股份办理了展期业务，质押开始日期为2024年5月25日，质押到期日期为2025年5月25日，展期后的质押股占其所持股份比例为11.62%，占公司总股本比例为2.33%。截至公告披露日，控股股东巨力集团及其一致行动人所持质押股份占其持股总数的比例未超过50%，本次质押行为不会导致公司实际控制权变更。
