According to this, the company has conditionally agreed to distribute and issue to the subscribers, and the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total of 18 million newly consolidated shares at the subscription price of HK$0.63 per subscription share. The subscription price for each subscribed share is discounted by 12.5% from the closing price of the consolidated shares reported on the Stock Exchange at HK$0.72 per share on the date of the subscription agreement.
