金融界5月27日消息，金陵饭店发布公告，将于2024年6月12日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月5日，当日收市后持有金陵饭店股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：南京市汉中路2号金陵饭店亚太商务楼3楼第3会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计4项议案，具体如下：
1、关于签署《股权委托管理协议》暨关联交易的议案
2、关于选举董事的议案
3、关于选举独立董事的议案
4、关于选举监事的议案。
金陵饭店将于6月12日召开股东大会，审议选举董事等议案
