CCB Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that it plans to invest RMB 21.5 billion into China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase III Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 6.25%. Actual payment is expected within 10 years from the date of registration and establishment of the fund.
The Bank of China announced on the same day on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to invest RMB 21.5 billion into the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase III Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 6.25%. Actual payment is expected within 10 years from the date the fund is registered and established.
According to Tianyan Research, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase III Co., Ltd. is jointly owned by 19 shareholders, including the Ministry of Finance, Guokai Finance Co., Ltd., Shanghai Guosheng (Group) Co., Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd., China Construction Bank Co., Ltd., Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd., and Bank of China Co., Ltd.
