On May 27th, China's major stock indexes weakened in the morning but rose in the afternoon. As of the close, the Shanghai Composite Index rose 1.14% to 3124 points, the Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.88%, and the Chinext Price Index rose 0.68%. Nearly 3400 stocks rose and the turnover for the entire day was 774.8 billion yuan. On the stock market, the electronic chemicals sector surged in the afternoon, with many stocks such as Zhejiang Yangfan New Materials hitting the daily limit. The third phase of the national large-scale fund was established, which will increase investment in core technologies and key components. The semiconductor sector was all strong in the afternoon, with many stocks such as Tech Semiconductor leading the way. The lithography machine and lithography glue sectors rose, with more than ten stocks including Shenyang Blue Silver Industry Automation Equipment rising by more than 10%. The industrial gas sector rose, with Jiangsu Yoke Technology rising more than 8%. The virtual power plant, ultra-high voltage and shipping port sectors had the highest gains. In addition, the photovoltaic equipment sector fell, with Clenergy Technology approaching the limit. The chicken concept fell, with Xiaoming Stock falling more than 11%. The HIT batteries, smart TV, and aquaculture sectors had the biggest declines.
