Additionally, the Siri personal assistant will also be upgraded to provide a more natural interactive experience and use generative AI technology to create custom emojis.

It is reported that Project Greymatter will be based on a “edge cloud collaboration” architecture and uses a hybrid AI model combining cloud and edge terminals. It not only supports most device-side computing through self-developed chips, but also supports cloud computing through the M2 Ultra chip in the data center.

Apple also promised that the cloud AI function will not infringe on user privacy.
