嘉艺控股（01025）公布，于2024年5月24日，公司间接全资附属嘉艺环球与中国农创港跨境电商产业园有限公司订立合资协议，据此，订约各方同意成立合资公司，注册资本为100万港元。合资公司于成立后将由嘉艺环球及中国农创分别拥有51%及49%权益。
公告称，合资公司将于中国香港成立，以从事跨国电子商贸（包括纺织品、成衣及其他农产品）。成立合资公司预计将实现互补优势、协同效应及资源整合，同时开拓并拓展集团在中国香港及中国内地的业务前景，有利于集团及中国农创的业务发展。
