On May 27 | LianLian Digital (02598.HK) announced that LianLian Europe S.A. (“LianLian Europe”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, recently obtained an electronic money institution license (“license”) from the Luxembourg Financial Industry Regulatory Commission (“CSSF”), authorizing LianLian Europe to provide issuance, distribution and redemption of electronic money and money remittance services.

The announcement stated that obtaining this license is in line with the Group's development strategy to further expand its global business. By obtaining this license, the Group will be able to serve local businesses in Europe and support the global business activities of local customers, which will bring more business traffic to the Group's good global network and create good economic benefits for the Group.
