25日，深交所向申科股份发出年报问询函，要求申科股份说明2023年经营活动产生的现金流量净额同比大幅下降的原因及合理性。年报显示，申科股份2023年实现营业收入2.73亿元，同比增长19.45%，实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润-1899.87万元，亏损金额同比减少51.14%。经营活动产生的现金流量净额-2646.74万元，同比下降622.37%。
