At the time of completion, it must issue and allocate 18.476 million shares at the issue price of HK$0.866 per share.

Since the company has always been engaged in property development business in China, the company intends to diversify its business to provide concrete logistics, transportation and preparation services to various property developers in China, thereby expanding the Group's business horizontally and as an additional source of revenue for the Group.
