Lianhua Supermarket (00980.HK) announced on May 24 that Ligao Enterprise Financing Co., Ltd. has been appointed by the company as an independent financial advisor to provide advice on whether the share subscription agreement and the proposed transaction, special authorization and cleansing exemption (as the case may be) are fair and reasonable to the independent directors' committee of related transactions, the cleansing exemption independent directors' committee and independent shareholders, and to make recommendations on voting.
