The total construction area includes about 10,800 square feet of workshop and about 4,074 square feet of roof. The saleable area of the workshop is approximately 6271 square feet. The property is currently unoccupied. The valuer valued the property at a fair value of approximately HK$77.5 million on the 20th of this month based on the direct comparison method.
