Zhitong Finance App News, Hengyi Holdings (01894) announced that on May 23, 2024, the company signed a placement agreement with the placement agent to place up to about 153.5 million shares to no less than six undertakers through the placement agent, accounting for about 16.67% of the expanded share capital. Each share was placed at HK$0.054, a discount of approximately 18.2% from the closing price of HK$0.066 per share on May 23, 2024.

Assuming that all of the placed shares are fully placed, a net raise of approximately HK$7.8 million is proposed to be used as the Group's general working capital.
