Gelonghui, May 23 | Tiantu Investment (01973.HK) announced that Mr. Liu Pingchun resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Company's Nomination Committee, effective from the end of the annual shareholders' meeting.

Following the approval of Resolution No. 9 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr. Wang Shilin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective May 23, 2024. Mr. Wong was also appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee, effective on the same day.
